The hotel, while not in the center, offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a good night's rest. The staff, particularly Van and her family, were accommodating and friendly, making us feel at home. We requested a room with a mountain view, and the scenery was truly breathtaking. We appreciated the option to rent a moped from the hotel, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area conveniently. One of the highlights was the welcoming and inclusive nature of the hotel. When we arrived early, we were graciously allowed to leave our bags, freshen up, and even check in ahead of time. This gesture made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.Sapa Backpacker's family-friendly amenities and attentive service left a positive impression on us, making it a recommendable option for families seeking a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere during their travels.
